The Bible says the following in Ecclesiastes chapter 9 verse 10 : "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might".
Ever since I got to know this Bible verse it has influenced my decision making.
It has helped me overcome my fears for the unknown and become motivated to work hard.
In the following paragraphs I will explain my interpretation of this verse.
The word "whatever" in "whatever your hand finds to do" indicates that you should consider grabbing any kind of opportunity.
Even if you are unfamiliar with the business area an opportunity covers, therefore alone you should not immediately discard it.
Of course you must remain prudent and investigate whether it is a solid and legitimate business.
You may have asked yourself what exactly is an opportunity.
Thomas Edison once expressed: "Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls, and looks like work."
That brings us to the motivational part.
The phrase "do it with all your might" strongly urges you to put in a really serious effort.
When you undertake a new business most certainly you will have to go through a lot of learning.
And it might take you considerable time, sweat and money.
But if this will improve your family's and your own life in the long run, that should be worth it.
My personal opinion about the phrase "whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might" is that God wants you to take this as a command.
You should be on the lookout for opportunities, grab them, and work them to completion.
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might!
God bless you,
